This video is ment to show the possible harmony between the images and the sounds. If you for example just watch the movie without the sound or just listen to the sound without the pictures you probably will say that it's much more unharmonic. The perfect harmony however can't be reached it can only be tried to be reached and get near that completly satisfing harmony.

In my opinion there is for every picture or screne a perfect sound, which brings it to it's - almost perfect - harmony. However the definition of harmony is a personal definition so everybody has a different understanding of what is harmony and what isn't.
